I can definitely say that Nick and TCM is a much better advisor and mentor versus all of the people I have seen for advice on getting a job. I have been to University Advisor's and Career Services and all I have ended up with is just creating a resume and going outside and applying for jobs on my own. Whereas, Nick is teaching me my true weaknesses and guiding me to correct them.
